Privacy policy

In short

What we process and why

• An anonymous player ID created on your first game (session cookie): to run the game, your streak and duels.
• Your answers, scores, streaks, herds and duels: to show your results and rankings.
• Your email, if you link your account: to restore your game on another device and, if you opt in, reminder emails.
• Your dilemmas and votes: Split the Herd. Dilemma text is screened automatically (Google Gemini, without any identifier) and, when needed, reviewed by a person.
• Your notification subscriptions: to send the reminders you asked for.
• Analytics (PostHog, EU) only if you accept them in the banner; you can change your mind in “Account”. No ad trackers.
• Technical error reports (Sentry), without identifiers or email.
• GOAT Pass payments are handled by Paddle, our merchant of record. We never see your card details.

Retention

Inactive anonymous games: deleted after 12 months. Linked accounts: until you delete them. Moderation logs and reports: 12 months after the decision. Consent choice: 6 months.

Your rights

Access, correction, deletion, portability and objection. From “Account”: download your data or delete your account. Otherwise: [À COMPLÉTER : adresse de contact, aussi point de contact DSA]. We do not sell or share personal information for advertising. Minimum age to link an account and write dilemmas: 13.
